The "Možemo zajedno" project will strengthen the capacities of associations, develop and improve knowledge about funding opportunities through tenders, and develop awareness of the importance of intersectoral cooperation and networking. Through the implementation of project activities within EP 1: Strengthening the capacity of local civil society organizations, such as workshops on self-confidence and communication presentation skills, workshops on active action and community development, as well as through the training of volunteer coordinators and the organization of volunteer activities, intersectoral cooperation and networking will be promoted. By promoting the principle of joint cooperation of CSOs with public institutions on the implementation of project activities that will be intended for the needs of the local community and end users from the area of as many as 6 local self-government units (city of Benkovac, municipalities: Lišane ostrovičke, Stankovci, Polača, Škabrnja, Obrovac) will create and Guidelines for the development of the Local Support Center for associations to meet the needs of the local community in order to strengthen intersectoral cooperation and networking through the establishment of a model of good management and the development of volunteerism, the capacities of CSOs will be strengthened, content and activities will be created in response to needs and problems local communities using EU funds as a source of financing.

The target group of the project are 2 civil society organizations from the project area. By implementing the aforementioned project activities, the goal of the project "Strengthening the capacities of CSOs for the development of programs of active action and direct work for the development of the local community" will be achieved, which through carefully selected and designed contents adapted and created according to the needs of CSOs active in the local community will contribute to the realization SC: 1. Strengthen the capacities of CSOs active in local communities to implement activities adapted to local problems and 2. Strengthen the capacities of CSOs for direct work in areas financed through the European Social Fund (employment, education, social inclusion, good governance). at the local level, in what way will it contribute to the achievement of the general goal of the call to ensure the development of civil society in the Republic of Croatia, which ensures uniform regional-social economic growth and democratic development of the Republic of Croatia.
